Tried and True: White Chili

This recipe is just what the doctor ordered on this cold and blustery March day here in PA.  I made a batch of this chili last week and had enough left over to freeze for another whole meal, which is defrosting on my counter this very moment.  I can’t wait for dinnertime!

    You know, I don’t think I have ever had White Chili. I will have to give it a try, because everyone seems to love it. Thanks for the recipe!

    This sounds very similar to a White Chicken Chili I make – except I use chili pepper (probably in place of the red pepper) and I don’t mix the cheese in…we add it afterwards. I recently made this and froze it myself! We had some two nights ago. YUM!

  4. I’m going to give this recipe a try this coming week…I’ve been trying different ones and I haven’t found what I’m looking for yet…I think that’s a song! lol!! Anywhoo…this sounds good! thanks!
