Strawberry Rhubarb. YUM!

This is just a good ol’ Betty Crocker recipe.  I found it reproduced here.

And here is my pie crust tutorial, if you want it.

    Boy, that looks fantastic. I’ve never made strawberry rhubarb pie in my life, but it was a favorite of my grandmother’s. She used to grow her own rhubarb. As far as I’m concerned, there’s nothing like strawberry rhubarb pie on a hot summer day.

    oooo yum! I’m sure you don’t have any left over by now. I LOVE strawberry rhubarb pie! Reminds me of my grandma and her rhubarb patch on the farm.
