Helping others has been on my mind lately as well. It’s so easy to get absorbed in my own busy life and forget to be mindful of others. I want to be better about that – to make meals for friends who have babies, to send letters to elderly relatives, to bring “thank you” packages to teachers, etc.

P.S. We also sponsor a child (through World Vision). It’s a nice way to make the world a better place…one child at a time.

My favorite way to pay it forward is the spontanious way…recently a teacher was in front of me buying a couple dozen donuts for her students…I found out she was a teacher thru quick casual conversation and when it was time for her to pay bought the donuts for her…she was elated and couldn’t wait to tell her students…I have a soft spot for teachers and LOVE to make someones day…
