I always feel refreshed and more focused after I do. Incidentally, I'm so glad to know that I'm not the only one who prepares her Bible study the night before! I'm sure you've started to notice by now, the "last-minute Annie" thing (think CC posts!) is kind of a trend with me. :) I have to do this every now and then, too.
