now, me? i remember to buy the dresses. but always manage to forget shoes!! so gracie ends up in ellie’s shoes from last summer (that are usually too big) and ellie ends up wearing her cute easter dress with big, black mary janes.
oh well!!

I was at Macy’s over the weekend and they still had TONS of cute little girl dresses. They were more on the fancy side, though, not so much play dresses. My MIL had picked out matching dresses for my three girls, but not the right sizes. I ended up getting them matching skorts and tops instead. They had little birds on them–really cute.

I want to know why there are so few dresses available for girls after they leave the toddler department. Seven year olds want to look pretty for Easter too!

I always wait until AFTER the holiday/season to get the best sales, but then there’s the risk of htem being all out! now that I have 3 girls to buy for, I am a much worse shopper, because it is easier to just get it when they first come out in a variety of colors and sizes. Cause I practically need one in every size!

Oh how I remember this same frustration! We were living in London at the time and I so badly wanted a frilly little thing for my sweetie to wear…nothing doing! I searched and searched and made a mental note to shop for Easter in the good ole USA where merchants know how to make a buck off a holiday! teehee!
