I'm not sure about the black long-sleeve shirt underneath but if you're chilly you can always throw a black blazer or a cardigan over it! I do imagine that any "under" shirt whose sleeves don't show, would be fine. It's a gorgeous, showy shirt. Any solid, understated thing you wear underneath will hardly be noticed, IMO.
