My lessons this week (or, more accurately, this weekend) can be summed up like this:
Four parties in four days does not for a comfortable waistband make.
And one more thing: I do believe it’s time to dust off that Shred video and get back to work.
Oh and too: Buffalo Chicken Dip is of the devil.

I keep saying I’m going to pick up the Shred video. I clearly have yet to do it. Because if I did, I’d blog about it. Maybe I’ll start walking again or something, now that the weather has gotten cooler!
