I don't wear them outside of the house usually either, which is good since they're such a fashion police no no. Also, go for the french press!! I have one and LOVE it, I've been using it for about two years now instead of a coffee maker. I use an insulated carafe with mine because I make two rounds of coffee in the press (we drink that much) so mine is just the glass kind. I bought some Ugg boots in about 1995 and STILL have them. I will keep doing this for a week until I am fully relaxed. The solid metal French press, btw, is GREAT. We got one at Starbucks that has been fab. We had other glass ones that always cracked eventually. The stainless steel wears like iron, and makes lovely coffee. I get to sit outside in the bitter wind, rain and cold to watch my oldest daughter's marching band. Tomorrow's high is 45! Add the wind and the rain and we are looking at 37ish. Yep, I'm sure I'll be sick again next week. But I did go into Eddie Bauer and picked up one of their awesome blankets that was half price. Your weekend sounds much more fun than mine. I'm making a 5x7 book for my hubs to take with him when he travels. It will be my first digital scrapbooking project, and I am WAY excited! Tomorrow it's the pumpkin farm with our BFFs (and my 7-year-old future son-in-law). =) Tomorrow night is some good NASCAR. Sunday it's church, followed by a family portrait session for some friends, and church community group at dinner time. Yup yup, it promises to be a good weekend, especially since we're supposed to see the sun! Mr. Sun has been MIA for the last month here in Arkansas. So sorry about your freezing beach!
