Is it at the health food stores?  I have a muffin recipe I want to substitute wheat flour instead of white flour, and I don&#039;t want to mess it up.  Just wondering if the pastry flour might be a better choice.
So good to hear that you are ENJOYING your meals these days and feeling full.  Having changed to whole foods has helped me enjoy food so much more, too. I&#039;m discovering I love sauteed onions and eat a lot of them.  Never saw that coming.  I also have found new fruits and veggies I like.  I love white flesh nectarines, but alas they are out of season now. We rarely eat at home, much less at the table. I need to try this more often -- oh and I need to learn how to cook too :D We&#039;ll see how that goes!
