Tiffany – check out Gap’s straight leg jeans (not to be confused with their “always skinny” jeans). They are fabulous! I have the medium wash and they are most certainly my favorite jeans ever.

Hooray for Fashion Fridays @ Musings of a Housewife! I love it when you dispense fashion advice.

In this particular article, I agree on all counts…except for the Uggs. I actually think they look pretty cute.

Other items I would add to the list: skinny jeans and harem pants.

Okay, I’ll admit I love the boyfriend jean, but with flip-flops. And it’s starting to get too cold for that anyway. But you need to link to those straight jeans you were talking about (vs. skinny jeans). I need something to tuck into my cute boots. Oh, also any good black boots out there? I want simple ones with heels, leather, and no patent leather. For a decent price. How hard is that?

Just this morning, I saw a college student walking to class (had to stop by the campus while running errands) wearing tan uggs and tan shorts. And she was tan. I did a double take to make sure she was wearing clothing in the first place. Then, I wondered why she thinks it is fashionable to wear uggs with shorts. Why have uggs at all??? This is South Carolina, it’s not like we get snow very often. Once every 12 years maybe. And this wasn’t the first time I saw a college aged girl wearing uggs around here. They are correctly named – ugh.

Great idea for a post – you crack me up! A friend of mine was talking about Uggs the other day, and of course, I was like, “what are Uggs?”, because I AM that out of the loop fashion-wise. So I went to their website, and I was like, “UGH”. As in, “Ugh, how ug-ly!”. And then I saw the prices – YIKES!! Seriously, are you kidding me?!?

I agree on everything but the Uggs.They keep you wrm in winter and cool in summer.I don’t wear them anywhere important but nice to have around for comfort and versatility.
