It was kind of a combination of your recipe and 5 Dollar Dinner Mom's. But, I surprised even myself with the result--amazing! I used leftover diced potatoes, deli ham, fresh spinach, and cheddar cheese. It was wonderful. I voted, of course! Just wanted to let you know that I made a fritatta this weekend! My first one!
