It is a very cute note-pad, complete with star stickers to reward your children when jobs are completed. What I love about it is that there is at least one page for each week of the year, so the chores can change around each week and you can still have a visual reminder. I haven't started using it yet (I feel like it is too cool to "waste" it and my kids are still young), but you might find it helpful.
