We interrupt this blogging break…
Since I had this list of link love compiled already, I figured I should go ahead and publish it while it’s still somewhat relevant. When I get home, I will regale you with tales of our harrowing drive through the night, over the river and through the snow and ice to Grammie’s house on New Years Eve. For now, suffice it to say that we got here safe and sound and I’ve been enjoying reading through your 2009 recap posts between gorging on various flavors of my mom’s homemade pies and snuggling my baby nephew.
Lingering at Christmas — Not a DIY Life. This post was really convicting. I appreciate Heather’s perspective, and thanks to her post, I didn’t rush right on to the next thing as I often do. Of course that means I still have Christmas decorations to take down when I get home. Hmph.
Confessions of an Accidental Attachment Parent — The Kids Are Alright. This blog is new to me, but I absolutely loved this post. I can relate to much of it, although it took me three kids, not one, to get to this point in my parenting philosophy. Parenthood is nothing if not humbling, can I get an amen?
How To Wrap and Detangle Christmas Lights — Oh Amanda. Brilliant. I am SO doing this.
‘Twas The Night Before Statins … — Fat Head. This is absolutely hilarious, if it wasn’t so sadly true.
What to Wear on an Airplane — Chic Critique. I’m always amazed at the attire I witness in airports. Michelle hits the nail on the head with this timely post. Now, what shall I wear when I fly to Blissdom next month?? Hmm….

Thanks for the link – and I’m just as glad that I have your blog to read now, too
