I’m joining Beth for You Capture this week. Not that the world needs another year in review post, but nevertheless, here it is. I started out with just a few of my favorite photos and then I got, um, a weensie bit carried away. You’ll see what I mean if you make it to the end of this post.
2009 started out, appropriately, with a snowman.
And in February, I went to Blissdom.
Then before we knew it, it was Mother’s Day.
July was a big month. First we celebrated Independence Day at my inlaws’ hometown parade.
Then I got to go to Boston for the TJMaxx Event with these lovely ladies (and apparently no flash).
I flew home only to fly out the very next day for the She Speaks Conference.
And last but certainly not least, my nephew was born.
In August we went to meet him.
In September, we went to the zoo. I had to include this. One of my kids took it when I wasn’t paying attention, and it’s just so me.
And how could we forget this?
In October, R turned 4.
In November, D turned 10.
And we went to Disney World.
In December, C turned 7.
And we celebrated the birth of our Savior.
So long, 2009! Here’s to a fantabulous 2010!

I love your little one’s hair in that Mother’s Day shot. You didn’t get carried away at all. I bet I had double that many.. it was hard to choose. Also, I must have missed the shot of whatever that was in your floor… Not sure how I missed it, but I did.

beautiful!! i love the picture with your nephew and the facepainting…i think those are my two favorites. the birthday cake pictures are pretty good too…man i can’t decide which picture is my favorite! i hope you have a good 2010!

And the lobster made me laugh AGAIN. I watched Julie and Julia recently and when she had to cook the lobster, I found myself thinking about your post. Too funny. An experience I will never fully relate to.
