Last night I couldn’t bear the thought of sitting up with my laptop, churning out another post while I watched TV. I just needed to veg. So here is my recap in a nutshell.
Give the Idol trophy to Crystal and put the rest of these chumps out of their misery.
Top three performances last night: Crystal, Lee, Casey.
Best of the night: Crystal, by a country mile.
Bottom three: Tim, Aaron, and Mike.
Worst of the night and going home: Tim. Pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeease, sweet mercy.

Dead on as always. I got all weepy right along with Crystal–she’s so beyond awesome, it’s almost embarrasing for everyone else. I don’t want Mike to go….but Tim is past his expiration date.

Now see, I liked Casey’s performance. I thought it was solid. I wouldn’t have picked that song for him, though.
You’re right on! And hilarious. I’ve been following your AI posts for awhile now. Pleeeeeeease, sweet mercy, cracked me up! Poor Crystal. She’s obviously missing her family something fierce. Makes me wonder if the rumors about her wanting to quit are true.
