I’ve been dying to redesign for a while now, but I wasn’t quite ready to rebrand the whole site so I came up with this. I’ve been tweaking and nit-picking till my eyes are crossed but I think I’m done. For the moment, anyway.
Now it’s time to take my Kindle and my glass of blueberry wine to the front porch and enjoy my book and the low humidity while it lasts.

OH. I’m reading a really good book the Kindle recommended — The Sharper Your Knife, the Less You Cry.
Oh my lord I loved that book! LOVE, LOVE, LOVED that book! I have had my kindle now for over a year, I have so many titles stored on it and archived. It is so fabulous!

Great new look!
I just got a Kindle last week, and I’m already starting on my third book! I love it so much! It is much easier to navigate than I thought it would be. I have even done some heavy research reading for work and am able to easily highlight and then retrieve the highlights and notes for later reference.
Love it. The new pictures are very fresh.

Love your new look. The bolded tabs at the top look fabulous! We enjoyed the Etouffee! You are right it was quite lengthy for a week night but my husband was so happy with how it turned out. There’s only 2 of us (eating adult food) so he is happy to have leftovers to take to work for the next few days. It made quite a lot! Thanks for sharing the recipe.

nice & clean. it didn’t seem cluttered before, but i like how it feels decluttered now!!
I also love my Kindle!! it was so much nicer to just bring it on vacation rather than a huge bag of books like I usually do.
