{Gluten Free} Meal Plan 3.28.11

This week’s menu plan is a bunch of old favorites and one new one. I love, love, LOVE shrimp and grits, and when I came across this recipe, I KNEW I had to make it. Best of all, shrimp and grits is gluten-free!

Weekly Meal Plan

MONDAY: Shrimp and Grits with sauteed baby greens (I picked up baby collards and baby swiss chard at the Farmers’ Market on Saturday; I cooked half of them over the weekend and they were divine. I wish I’d bought twice as much!)

  2. Mmmm, it all sound delicious…I’m hungry now!

  3. The shrimp and grits look fabulous! I wish I liked shrimp…LOL It always looks sooo yummy, but I can’t get past the texture.

  4. Hot dang that looks so good! I’m just going to make all of that this week. Thanks! :)

  5. It’s so impressive that you continue to plan your meals out ahead of time. It makes things so much easier in the long run. If you’re in a pinch and need a recipe, check out my recipes – I post a new one each and every week!

  6. I had shrimp and grits at a restaurant here in Atlanta back in the fall and lLOVED it – found a recipe and tried it just last week = fail. I was so bummed and not real sure what went wrong. It is now a family joke! Won’t my husband be so pleased when I tell him I’ve found another recipe!!!! If you’ve made this before, please let me know of any tips you have…and that it’s good :)
