It’s been a while since I’ve posted Good Reads, but this week there were just too many good articles not to share. These are all related to health and wellness, so if that’s not your bandwagon, come back next week! I’ll try to have more variety.
The Most Unhappy of Pleasures: This Is Your Brain on Sugar | Dr. Mercola
Speaking of sugar . . .
Stopping Addiction to Sugar: Willpower or Genetics? | Dr. Mark Hyman
You’ve probably all seen this by now, but if not, you REALLY should know about this.
70 Percent of Ground Beef at Supermarkets Contains ‘Pink Slime’ :: ABC News
::shudder::
Now go find a local farmer!
Okay, time for something more uplifting. This is fascinating!
Let’s Talk Dirt :: Kelly the Kitchen Kop
And this is a bit deep (Lydia’s working towards a degree in Nutrition) but it is interesting, especially for those like me whose digestive systems don’t always seem to work north to south, lol. She promises to go into what can go wrong in digestion, so I am looking forward to understanding that better.
Digestion 101 :: Divine Health from the Inside Out
What have you been reading this week??

Thanks for the great links! I had already read some of them, but they were all good!
I’m reading “Wild at Heart” by John Eldredge. If you are married to a man or raising sons, you need to read it. I’m only in chapter 2 and I already love it.
