Spring is in the air. Do you feel it?? It’s still chilly out there, but the sun is up and the birds are singing and I know it’s coming!
Here’s what we have on our dinner agenda for the week. I hope it inspires you to plan some delicious, nutritious meals for your family too!
MONDAY: Triple Threat Meatloaf (we didn’t end up eating this last week) with baked potatoes and roasted carrots
TUESDAY: Herbed Chicken Rosé (we didn’t end up eating this last week either — yeah, last week didn’t exactly go as planned) with mashed potatoes and a spinach salad
WEDNESDAY: Chicken Noodle Soup (leftovers from a previous meal, ’cause Momma’s going OUT!)
THURSDAY: Salmon Cakes with rice and roasted broccoli
FRIDAY: DATE NIGHT! (pizza take-out for the little people)
SATURDAY: Pan-Roasted Pork Loin with Leeks, mashed potatoes and a sautéed swiss chard
