Gluten Free Meal Plan via Musings of a Housewife

For more gluten free meal plans, see all my Meal Planning posts. Or check out my Recipe Index (not all my recipes are gluten free, but most can be adapted.)

I’m going to be out Monday night this week, and then out of town at the end of the week, so rather than posting exactly what our family will be eating, I am going to feature some recipes from past linkys. I hope you’ll join in! If you have a gluten free recipe, or menu plan, please link up at the end of this post!!!

  1. I love the new header, especially the family photo, the tulips, and the coffee. That’s 75% of the header!

I shared my regular menu plan with the gluten-free options that I’m making for myself.

  2. I always enjoy looking through your recipes. I made the coconut shrimp a couple of weeks ago. They were good, but the coconut didn’t want to stay on the shrimp.

How’s the weather where you are? I heard the east is getting a winter storm.

  3. Quick question about the rice paper wrappers for the spring rolls. Did you find those at a regular grocery store or somewhere else like Whole Foods or Trader Joe’s? Thanks!

  4. I’ve shared a basic biscuit recipe that I’ve used to roll up some herbs, Middle Eastern style, but they can be used for cinnamon rolls or cheese buns, etc. Super savory :)

  5. Jo-Lynne, that is one good-looking menu!

  6. Looks like you are eating very well, this week. I must copy some of your ideas.
