{Gluten Free} Weekly Meal Plan 09.10.11

Gluten Free Meal Plan via Musings of a Housewife

I’m getting ahead of the game this week!!! I’ve decided that I need to start making simpler meals and using the crockpot more often. Hopefully these will qualify.

MONDAY: Quinoa Turkey Burgers from Wholesome Dinner Tonight with fresh vegetables

TUESDAY: Crockpot chicken with Gravy via So Simply Good (hat tip to Awkward Girl Gets Fit) with roasted carrots and rice

WEDNESDAY: Mahi Mahi with Rose Romano’s Peppers

THURSDAY: dinner out

FRIDAY: Chicken Fiesta Salad via Taste of Home (hat tip to Fun Finds for Families)

SATURDAY: Red Wine Marinated Flank Steak with mashed potatoes and fresh veggies

What are you eating this week?

  1. Last week was my first crack at meal planning, and it really has been helpful, and cut back on cooking and shopping time! in the spirit of that, I’ve shared a recipe for steamed patty pan squash with a sweet, buttery dressing. Thanks for hosting!

  2. Thanks for hosting this gluten free linky. I enjoy the recipes. This week I linked a recipe for a summer quiche with zucchini, red pepper and spinach!

  3. Good morning Jo-Lynne :) Hope that you had a fabulous weekend! This week I am sharing a recipe for Gluten, dairy, and egg free French Toast. My daughter has truly missed this breakfast item since being diagnosed, and I thought I would give it a try with Tofu. She can tolerate a small amount of soy and this didn’t seem to bother her at all. Thanks for hosting!

  4. Thanks for sharing the crockpot recipe. With three kids playing fall sports, the crockpot needs to become my best friend (and not $5 footlong subs at Subway, although my boys do love them!)

  5. Just shared your meal plans w/ my brother and his wife. They are attempting to eat healthier and w/ less gluten. I am using my crockpot throughout the week. Trying hard to keep on a schedule now that school has started. Wish me luck!

  6. Your menu looks really good! I just linked up my gluten free menu. I want to try the red wine marinated steak…sounds yummy.

  9. Thanks for sharing my chicken recipe! I missed getting a menu plan done due to travel this week, but I’m thankful for everyone else’s – I’m scrambling and need ideas.
