  1. Jo-Lynne, thanks for hosting, and thanks for visiting my blog! :) This week I shared my recipe for “Twice-Baked” Faux-tatoes. Made from cauliflower, they are a delicious and low-carb alternative to potatoes.

  2. Jo-Lynne,
I’m so glad I met you at the blogger Book Camp in Phila and learned about your gluten free blog. I’ve been following and enjoying the weekly linky. Thanks for hosting!

  3. As always, thanks for hosting! This week I’ve shared a recipe for a Tropical Fall Salad, using mostly in season fall veggies, but with a Coconut Lime salad dressing.

  4. I shared a recipe for gingered carrot coins. I served them for dinner last night with the Chicken in Cream sauce. Yum!

  5. I especially love the sound of the zucchini pasta – so fresh!

  6. Hi Jo-Lynne,

    Excellent blog! Thanks for sharing.

We do pizza night on Fridays, so I developed a quick, easy gluten free pizza crust recipe everyone can enjoy – including Mom because it only takes 20 minutes to make instead of 2 hours in the bread machine. It’s an adaptation of a Jamie Oliver recipe, and it’s good! Here’s a link if you’d like to check it out.

    Hope you like it!
