I keep moving through my Summer Dinner Menu Plan — mapping out the entire summer was the best thing I’ve ever done for my meal planning success! It took a few hours of going through my favorite cookbooks and writing it all down, but now I just have to find the next week and plug it in! And I’m not repeating meals nearly as much as I usually do. I’m enjoying the variety. Here’s what is up for this week!
