I know it’s Tuesday and I usually have a recipe to share, but I tried making mussels over the weekend, and they flopped. I am determined, however, to master the mussel, so stay tuned for a post about that!!!
Speaking of recipes, I’m super stoked to tell you that I have just added a new contributor to Musings of a Housewife — my good friend and fabulous food blogger, Colleen of Souffle Bombay.
Colleen is a natural cook and entertainer. She often says that cooking together both connects people and creates memories that will last beyond one’s own lifetime. She truly enjoys cooking and loves to include her children in her kitchen adventures, which I totally admire because it sends my OCD over the edge to have my kids in my kitchen!!
Read more about Colleen here. I know you will fall in love with her enthusiasm for all things cooking.
As I’ve evolved from being primarily a memoir blog into more of a lifestyle magazine, it is getting harder and harder to produce the content I want to put out here all by myself. I will still write as much as I am writing now, and I will continue to share my personal stories and fashion discoveries as well as my own recipes and food finds. Nothing will change except you will see MORE food posts — more recipes and mealtime inspiration as well as some more seasonally focused recipes and ideas. YAY!
Colleen’s first post will go up this Thursday, and she has a delicious Halloween treat to share! If you can’t wait till Thursday for one of her recipes, I’ll give you a sneak peek.
And please give her a warm welcome!!
