This has become more of a weekly menu suggestion than a weekly meal plan. I seem to be deviating more often than not, although I try to pick out meals that I think I will actually make. How about you? Do you stick to your meal plan like glue, or is it more of a list of dinner possibilities?? Either way, I hope this is helpful to some of you!
I’m trying to keep my meals light and low-carb these days. After all, it will be bathing suit weather before we know it! Hardly seems likely when I look at the snow on the ground, but I hear birds singing outside my office window so I know spring and summer can’t be too far off.
Here’s what I might be making this week. Ha!
TUESDAY: Chicken with Spinach and Mushroom Sauce with rice and steamed broccoli
THURSDAY: Lydia’s Sausage Kale Soup
SATURDAY: date night!
