Alison and I are both passionate about feeding our families real food so we’ve partnered up to share our weekly meal plans, and we would love for you to join us!

I hope you’re enjoying your Father’s Day. It’s gorgeous here. I just spent the afternoon at the ballpark and now I’m trying to whip up a meal plan real quick so I can get this post up by 5:00!!

You can use the Inlinkz widget below to link up a recent healthy recipe or meal plan from your blog. We only request that you link back to one of us, and that the recipes you share use primarily real, whole foods. Then be sure to peruse the other posts in the linky for some healthy recipe inspiration! Whether you’re gluten-free, paleo, raw, vegan or just trying to provide healthy options for your family, there should be something for everyone.

But first, a fun giveaway: a Chicago q BBq Sauce Gift Set!

Meanwhile, here’s what we’re eating at my house this week.

Weekly Meal Plan

MONDAY: Cobb Salad from Nina Planck’s The Real Food Cookbook, which was sent to me for review. So far I’m loving it!

TUESDAY: I’m going out! The fam will probably have spaghetti.

WEDNESDAY: Hot dogs (nitrate-free; we like Applegate Farms) on the grill with fresh salad from CSA

THURSDAY: Chicken Stuffed Sweet Potatoes

FRIDAY: probably pizza takeout because it’s a Friday and my son has a baseball game

SATURDAY: Salmon Cakes with rice and Bok Choy with Bacon & Onions

What are you eating this week?

Thanks for hosting! I’m sharing my take on Tahdig—it’s basically nightshade-free hash browns. I’ve also shared my decadent Lemon Mousse Tart my très magnifique Chocolate Profiteroles (cream puffs) that are also allergy-friendly.
