But first, my favorite recipe from this week comes from Sandi’s Allergy Free Recipes, and it is these Slow Cooker Fall Off The Bone Ribs. For some reason, making ribs intimidates me, but these use a crockpot. How much easier does it get!? My daughter is OBSESSED with ribs. I can’t wait to try these this week. MONDAY:You can see my Memorial Day Menu here. Between today and tomorrow, I’m making everything on that menu except for the beans. I actually bought a can. Shhhh… don’t tell Colleen. I know, I’m lazy.
WEDNESDAY: Chicken Caesar Salad with Grilled Romaine
THURSDAY: Potato Ham & Spinach Frittata with a salad
We usually do take out or eat out on Saturday, and Sunday is often a free-for-all — either leftovers or sandwiches or, if we’re lucky, dining out!
